Reservation:
Once you book your private transportation, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including pickup time, location, and any special instructions. Our team is available to answer any questions and accommodate specific requests to ensure a smooth experience.
Pre-Trip Coordination:
Prior to your trip, you’ll receive a reminder with the driver’s name and contact information for easy communication. We confirm the pickup time and ensure all your preferences are noted, including any stops or additional needs.
Pickup:
Our professional, certified driver will arrive at your location promptly. Whether you’re staying at a hotel, private residence, or resort, we’ll meet you at the designated spot. Your vehicle will be clean, fully air-conditioned, and stocked with cold bottled water for your comfort. Very important to mention the toll route ($1,016 mxn) and parking fee($120 mxn) are not included. (Toll, parking fees, admission tickets are subject to change without notice and are beyond our control).
Onboard Experience:
Once you’re onboard, you’ll enjoy a safe, comfortable ride in a fully insured vehicle. Feel free to relax, take photos, or chat with the driver if you’d like to learn about the local area. Wi-Fi or additional amenities may be available depending on your package.
Optional Stops:
If prearranged or requested, your driver can make stops along the way, such as convenience stores, restrooms, or scenic viewpoints, ensuring a stress-free journey tailored to your needs.
Arrival at Destination:
Upon reaching your destination (Chichén Itzá), the driver will assist you with any belongings and ensure you are clear on pickup details for the return trip. You’ll have plenty of time to explore without feeling rushed. After the first 8 hours, each additional hour or fraction there of will incur an extra charge.
Return Journey :
After your visit, the driver will be ready at the agreed pickup point and time. You’ll once again enjoy the same level of comfort and safety on your way back to your location.
Drop-Off:
At the end of the trip, the driver will safely drop you off at your original location or a different prearranged spot. They will assist with your belongings and ensure everything has been to your satisfaction.
