About this experience

The Barong Sahadewa cultural studio was established and inaugurated on April 1, 1972 called "BARONG SAHADEWA" by I Dewa Nyoman Oka (1923-1999). It has more than 40 years experices of presenting a variety of traditional Balinese dance performance. Regular performances are held at the Stage located nearby the Karawitan Indonesia - Bali High School campus. With the concept of open stage with a natural background as the trademark of this studio. However, to maintain the condition of the show remains conducive during the rainy season indoor stage facility is also prepared.

The show is supported by experienced dance artists and percussionists. Incorporated in the association of Indonesian Tourism Object "PUTRI". Organizing performances on a regular basis: Barong dan Keris dance drama takes Kunti Seraya's story, about the eternal rivalry between virtue and evil.
