Located at the estuary of the Han, Imjin, and Yeseong Rivers, Aegibong Peace Eco Park was once Hill 154, the site of a fierce Korean War battle. The estuary was designated as a neutral zone in the ceasefire agreement that ended the war. The park now stands as a memorial to the Korean War and a symbol of the wish for peace and unification between the two Koreas.
