This daylong trip will take you to one of the most beautiful castles in the world: Neuschwanstein - the ferry tale castle that DIsney took as a model for his. You will have a chance to tour the inside. Please note that tickets need to be purchased several weeks in advance, so we cannot guarantee entry on a short-term basis. You will receive a payment link for the tickets (depending on age and number of people).
Our guide (with separate driver) will pick you up from your hotel in the morning and then drive out to Neuschwanstein which is a little over one hour. There is a steep climb up to the castle, so be prepared! After the tour, you will have a choice of visiting Linderhof and Ettal, or Oberammergau.
You will arrive back in Munich in time for dinner.

After visiting Neuschwanstein you have several options of what else to do. One is a visit to Linderhof, another one of Ludwig's castles, beautifully situationed in Ettal.
Another option after Neuschwanstein would be the beautiful cloister of Ettal, with time for a stop in the beergarden.
Another option would be to visit Oberammergau, a beautiful village on the foot of the Alps where you can stop at a restaurant, shop, or just stroll through town
