Stop 4

The unique place for the whole NYC where the owners are having the policy of no phones and no ways to make the reservations. This is the VIPs like Lenny Kravits and Barack Obama are having their regular dinner at. If you are wondering what is so special about this place? Well,

firstly the Litlle Italy is the place where it is hard to find the decent Italian restaurant that follows the traditions of the country, most of the pizzerias in Litle Italy are pretty influenced with the American culture. However, the Emilio's Ballato is the restaurant that shows the old-fashioned Italian interior and design of the room is lit with crystal chandeliers with the framed photos of celebrities which are lined with faded walls. The service is deadpan and the food is spectacular, don’t you dare skip the winelist since the experience of having the well-trained wine servers is precious. On the menu, you can find the antipasto platter, baked clams, and homecooked tagliatelle Bolognese.

Stop 5

The Greenwich Village’s favourite place for the outstanding pizza is the Blecker Street Pizza. To confirm this fact, this pizzeria was voted “Best Pizza in NY” by the Food Network several times.

This place is more casual and cramped walls which are full of the celebrities photo like Mike Tyson and Steven Tyler. The Blecker Street Pizza has its signature pizza type which is the Nonna Marine slice with homemade marinara sauce and the mozzarella cheese and basil on the top. Luckily, their doors open until 5 am Friday to Sunday and you can easily pick up some pizza snack between you bar hops.

Established in 1975 by independent owner Joe Pozzuoli who is originally from Naples, Italy. For over 37 years Joe has been living as the «Greenwich Village institution» and offering the classic New York slices.

HIs pizzeria is a top favourite amongst the tourists as well as locals who know where to get the authentic street slice of pizza. In 2009 Joe's Pizza was listed as one the «Best 25 Pizzas on Earth» by GQ Magazine. After trying Joe's slice you would never try any other pizza again. Whenever you are hungry, you should not hesitate to come back to JOe's Pizza.

Stop 7

The Scarr's Pizza owner is not the ordinary immigrant from Italy, Scarr Pimental is 38-years-old Dominican –American guy who mills the grains on his own every day. This place has its style and policy that the owner does follow. When you just come in it feels like the café survived the Koch Administration, however, the decorations can tell you nothing about the pizza quality they cook here. When the pizza arrives you will have a thought that it is the basic New York pizza, nothing special, thin, wide-brimmed with the cheese and tomato sauce. But after the first bite, you will understand your miscalculation since the taste is close to the perfect pizza where the complex texture, light, even delicate crust which gives you the long aftertaste.

The guys here do know how to cook the fantastic pizza that understands how to make ideal pizza in NYC.
