Detailed itinerary

1

We stop fairly soon after leaving Queenstown CBD. Here we share stories of the lake and mountains. We'll also take your photo here in front of the Remarkables and Cecil Peak

2

Bob's Cove, a beautiful horseshoe bay on Lake Wakatipu, is accessed via a short walk through some native bush. This reserve is managed by DOC and being a DOC concession holder we have permission to guide you through this beautiful place.

You'll get to see fine examples of New Zealand bush as we walk along the path, taking beautiful photographs of you along the way. This is a great opportunity to start to slow down, breath in fresh air and really appreciate what the Southern Lakes has to offer.

Once we reach the shoreline you'll love skimming stones and tasting local honey. The water is crystal clear with majestic mountains on the horizon. A truly iconic kiwi place to visit.

3

Bennet Bluff is world famous lookout on a world famous road. One of the high points along the road it offers views towards the head of the Lake. The views are stunning, regardless of the weather. We'll stop for a few photos here briefly, but it's a little busier than we like, so we won't spend too long in the crowds.

4

To avoid the crowds, depending upon what you're looking for, we'll stop at either Meiklejohns Bay or 25 Mile Stream so you can experience the lake solitude of the lake once again.

Where we stop depends upon your group and what you're looking for. We can either check out the old wharf, or explore huts made from driftwood.

Regardless of which stop we take, we'll be taking beautiful photographs of your group and the landscape around.

5

You'll love Glenorchy township. We'll stop here for a bite to eat and drink and then spend a little time at the world famous wharf. This is a perfect spot to grab those iconic Instagram photos, and if you'd like we'll be able to shoot, process and export a couple of high quality photographs for you to share on your social media accounts.
