About this experience

Join this fun and relaxing tour in the beautiful areas near Rome, where you will enjoy art, natural wonders and interesting stories.
A private driver will pick you up in a comfortable van at your accommodation in Rome and then start your trip.
You will arrive in Viterbo and visit its main monuments, such as the Papal Palace and the Cathedral, where the first Conclave took place.
Then, visit the magnificent Renaissance Villa Lante and its gardens in Bagnaia.
On the road you will stop in some beautiful towns including, Vitorchiano, and enjoy the breathtaking panorama at the Lake of Vico.
Your guide will suggest places to eat (lunch is not included), drink and shop and taste some local delicacies.
You can have the chance to relax in one of the most famous hot pools of Italy: the Papal Thermal Baths. (Optional visit)
The visit to the Baths is not available during summe, charming town of Sutri instead.

You will meet your driver and guide at your hotel in Rome and start this memorable day trip!
This unique and memorable day trip can start from your hotel in Rome.
You will arrive in Vitorchiano, one of the most beautiful villages of Italy, and enjoy the view from the panoramic viewpoint.

Then, you will reach Viterbo, with its Medieval walls and monuments, and residence of the Popes in the XIII century.
You will discover the Cathedral and the Papal Palace, where the first conclave took place, and you will see the tombs of the Popes.

Enjoy a ride near the volcanic lake of Vico, a real natural wonder.
Your guide will suggest nice local places to have lunch and taste some delicious food and wines typical of the area (lunch is not included in the price of the tour).

Enjoy a visit in Bagnaia and the magnificent Villa Lante and its Reinassance gardens, full of water games and beautiful architecture.
On Mondays Villa Lante is closed so you will visit the charming city of Sutri.
