It is important that you arrive on time for your scheduled session. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes early to your reservation start. You may be in a group with other individuals and your experience will begin promptly upon the scheduled reservation. Participants who arrive late to their reservation time may not be able to fly.
Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt with no collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes - you put your flight suit on over your street clothes.
