About this experience

Enjoy a Short Safari in the Famous Maasai Mara National Reserve and get to see the Big 5 animals as well as other wildlife. This tour sees you depart from Nairobi early morning to arrive at Sekenani Gate at 9:00 Am, Have a stopover at Sarova Hotel for breakfast. Proceed for game viewing drive as you search for the animals. Picnic Lunch will be at the banks of the Mara River where you get to see the hippos, crocodiles and migration points on your short walking tour on the banks of the river. Continue with game viewing as leave the park at 16:00 Pm. Stopover at the Maasai Village for a cultural tour before driving back to the City.

Detailed itinerary

Stop 1

Early morning at 5:00 am, we will pick you up from your Nairobi Residence / Hotel or Airport and begin our drive through the Great Rift Valley to the Maasai Mara. We will make a stopover for Coffee and a bathroom break. Proceed to the reserve’s main gate, where our local guide will pick you up and you will begin a full day of game viewing.

Continue with the game drive searching for animals not previously seen as you stop to take photos of the animals. After a beautiful safari drive out of the reserve and head to the Maasai Village for a Cultural Experience. Depart Maasai Mara and return to Nairobi with a stop-over to shop at the Community Curio Shop. Upon arrival, transfer to the airport, hotel, or your Nairobi residence.
