Arrive at the village of Pollina perched on a rocky mountain at about 1000m, we will take a nice walk through its small and ancient medieval streets to get to the pink theater of Greek reproduction.From here you can enjoy a unique view of the Madonie Park and the Aeolian Islands.Our adventure continues, on off-road routes, in the direction of the canyons of Val Demone among ancient olive trees to reach the village of Castelbuono where we will have a small tasting of Fiasconaro panettone and tour inside the village with Sicilian street-food lunch or picnic in the woods at the foot of Pizzo Carbonara.
Return to Cefalu descending among the wonderful vineyards of Santanastasia Abbey.
