About this experience

The Addo Elephant National Park is the 3rd largest national park in South Africa and is home to over 600 elephants, lion, buffalo, rhino, antelope, zebra and much much more.

Our experienced and enthusiastic Guide will do his best to locate as much of the game available in the area during your drive. As the game drive covers all time periods of the day you should have the opportunity to see most game species.

The first few hours we usually have good sightings of antelope, zebra and lion. We will stop for a Tea/Coffee break at around 10h30. Elephants and buffalo are usually spotted a little later around the waterholes. At lunch time when we serve a delicious South African “braai” with beer, white wine, juice and mineral water. (Delicious vegetarian option available)

After lunch we continue with the safari.

We will leave the park at 17h00 and return to your place of accommodation.

Refreshments will be served throughout the drive.

Stop 1

Our experienced and enthusiastic Guide will do his best to locate as much of the game available in the area during your drive and interpret their behaviour. The first few hours are usually good to see antelope, zebra and lion. As this Safari covers all time periods of the day you should have the opportunity to see most game species. We will stop for a Tea/Coffee break at around 10h30. We continue and usually have good sightings of elephant and buffalo nearer the waterholes. At lunch time when we serve a delicious South African “braai” with juice, mineral water, beer and white wine. After lunch we continue with the safari. We will leave the park at 18h00 and return to your place of accommodation. Refreshments will be served throughout the drive.
