Escape the noisy city of Marrakech After a pick up from your Hotel or Riad we'll head for the breathtaking Atlas Mountains & André Heller's ANIMA Garden it will of first experience for the day it's a magical place of surprising beauty that you wouldn't expect in the loud and crowded area of greater Marrakech. It's not only a garden: it's an impressive botanical staging. 250+ types of plants, from bamboo over palms and cacti, interact with pieces of art by Pablo Picasso, Keith Haring, undiscovered local talents and many more. Furthermore, two museum rooms present artists from around the world.
Our journey will take us past waterfalls and the hamlets of Ait Mizan, we will stop off in Imlil and have the opportunity to take in the views of ancient irrigated terrace fields of barley, corn, and vegetables, surrounded by cherry and walnut trees. I will point out things of interest and i will talk to you about the Berber culture and heritage along the way. Travel down through the village of Ait Souka and afterwards enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal in a Berber house.
