About this experience
The tour begins in Ponta Delgada towards Sete Cidades. It includes a few stops at different viewpoints and the chance of visiting the most beautiful and unknown areas of the west and central parts of our island. After a stop at Vista do Rei viewpoint, we will descent the road that leads us into the interior of this valley to visit Sete Cidades parish. After admiring the Church of St. Nicholas, we will continue on our way towards Lagoa, through the South Coast of the Island, to have lunch at a local restaurant. Then, the tour continues towards Lagoa do Fogo, with stop at Caldeira Velha with some time for a visit. Before returning to Ponta Delgada, we will make a short stop to admire Lagoa do Fogo, from the top of Pico da Barrosa.

Everyone who enjoy this activity will have the chance to learn about our traditional fruit the "Ananás". As you walk through the greenhouses our guide will provide all the informaton of how this fruit became of great importance to us.

A must-do stop, is at "Vista do Rei", in "Lagoa das Sete Cidades".
This gorgeous lagoon, which is blue and green, will for sure appease your eyes.

Visit to Caldeira Velha included (thermal baths not included).

One of the viewpoints that it's possible to enjoy, it's situated in "Lagoa do Fogo", one of our main lagoons. As you stop there, you will be delighted with an amazing green view.
