Stop 1

The transfer will bring you to the base, where you will meet with other members of the group and get acquainted with the instructor, who will give a short briefing and give out flashlights.

Climbing Mount Batur starts at 4 a.m. To make the trekking to the height of 1717 meters above the sea more comfortable, there are several stops on the way. You will climb the top of the volcano at the sunrise.

There reveals an amazing view of caldera and the mountain lake, surrounded with the morning mist. Light snacks and mineral water will be served for you at the top of the volcano. You will have plenty of time there to enjoy the sunrise and take beautiful pictures. Then you will start the trekking back to the meeting point.
The driver will bring you back to your hotel or villa.

After the trekking, Together with the rest of the participants, you will go to the hot springs, where there will be enough time to rest and recover after physical exertion. You can swim or just relax in the water heated naturally by the Batur volcano. The water temperature is from 30 to 50 degrees Celsius, depending on the location of the pool and weather conditions.
The temperature of hot water pools depends on their distance from the volcano. The pool farthest from the entrance is the hottest. The one closest to the entrance (in the area of the Italian restaurant) is the coldest. Keep this in mind when visiting.
Please note that you can’t stay in the hot springs more than 2 hours. If you would like to extend this time, you should contact the manager of MyBaliTrips.com and agree on extra pay for the car rent.
The driver will meet you at the parking area. After everybody gathers the transfer starts and takes you back. The arrival time depends on traffic and your destination.
