Starting from your accommodation with a luxury car and one of our English-Spanish speaking drivers, you will arrive a short distance from Rome, in the green countryside in the Castelli Romani area, a group of towns on the famous Alban Hills, a place where some lived Roman feudal families, in real castles since the Middle Ages. The wine tasting will take place right here, in the Roman countryside, led by an expert in the production of wines from a winery, the oldest of the Castelli Romani, between Frascati and Monte Porzio Catone. The tour begins with a visit to the vineyards with the opportunity to taste a nice bunch of grapes directly from the plant, then you will visit the cellars, where you will be explained the complete process of producing wine until the end of the product ready for sale. You can then sit inside the wine estate to participate in the wine tasting. The wine tasting will be accompanied by some delicious specialties typical of the Roman castles, seasonal fruit and vegetables harvested from the farm's vegetable garden. During the wine tasting you will taste three different varieties of wines. The Frascati DOCG wine is a very famous very high quality wine, the second wine is a PGI red, a wine where power and elegance in balance express great pleasure, and finally the third wine is Cannellino DOCG, a full and balanced wine with sweet taste.
