Keep your eyes wide open to try to spot the differences between the Andean, Chilean and James flamingos.
Continue to Salar de Uyuni, the world's largest salt flat. The best time to go really depends on your preference of what you want to see, as each season offers different visuals.
Most people say it is best to go from May to November when the weather is mild, but keep in mind that the Bolivian salt flat plains will be dry. One thing's for certain – the scenery here is breathtaking all year round.
