Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
Arrival transfer: After you have collected your luggage, please head to the exit gate where you will be met by our representative who will be holding a sign with the lead passengers name. Waiting time: maximum of 90 mins after your flight's arrival.
Departure transfer: We will pick you up from your Hotel lobby for the departure to the airport. Waiting time: maximum of 30 mins.
