We start our tour from Santa Marina Salina, the lively main port and one of the most charming villages on the island. Strolling through its characteristic cobbled streets, we will admire the traditional brightly coloured Aeolian houses, with blossoming bougainvillea framing the typical doors and windows.
Here we will discover the history of Salina, once a commercial hub fundamental for the transport of Malvasia wine and sea salt, from which the island takes its name. We will also visit the picturesque Church of Santa Marina, with its iconic bell tower overlooking the seafront.
