Shuttle speedboats run every 30 minutes starting from 4:00 PM, including both outbound and return trips.

Children aged 0-3 years and under 90 cm in height can join free of charge.

Children aged 4-11 years and taller than 90 cm will be charged the child rate.

Children will not be provided with fishing rods and are not allowed to use them.

Guest who has heart disease, High blood pressure, asthma or seizure disorder are not recommended to join the course.

Pregnant women are not permitted to join the tour or participate in sea activities.

Participants in water activities are requested to bring their own attire and personal items.

Seating cannot be reserved; customers can choose their seats upon arrival at the café.

No outside food or drinks are allowed on board the boat.

On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

Meeting point

Boats run every 30 minutes starting from 4:00 PM, including both outbound and return trips. The boarding point is on the left side of the entrance, by the ticket booth and Tappia blue flag.
Return trips are every 30 minutes; just inform the café staff 30-45 minutes in advance.
