A minimum age of 8 is expected for group classes. Minors typically require parental or guardian consent and supervision, and both the child and parent/guardian must participate in the class together.
Participants are advised to arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to their scheduled class. Late arrivals may result in reduced training time, and no refunds will be issued for missed portions of the session.
The maximum group size is limited to 13–15 people to ensure a personalized and focused training experience for every participant.
In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement.

Meeting point

Participants are required to make their own way to the meeting point no later than 15 minutes. The easiest way to the gym is by taking the BTS Skytrain. You should get off at the Phloen Chit Station. Simply exit the station and head to Sukhumvit Soi 1. The gym is located just off the main road.
