Any participant believed to be under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances prior to or during the activity will be prohibited from participation, without eligibility for a refund.
A maximum weight limit for participants, typically 130 kilograms, is enforced per SUP board.
All participants are mandated to complete an "Acceptance of Risk" form prior to commencing the activity, which includes acknowledging inherent risks and disclosing relevant medical information. For minors, this form must be executed by a parent or legal guardian, agreeing to instructors acting in loco parentis.
While storage facilities for personal belongings may be provided during sessions, items are left at your own risk. Any items taken onto the water remain the sole responsibility of the participant. We accept no responsibility for their loss or damage.
Participants are kindly requested to utilize toilet facilities and change into appropriate attire prior to their arrival, as facilities on-site are very limited.
All sales are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice.
In instances of severe weather conditions (e.g., torrential rain, extreme wind, lightning) necessitating cancellation or delay for safety reasons, options such as rescheduling, issuance of credit notes, or full refunds are generally provided.

Meeting point

Participants must arrive at Royal River Khwae Resort at least 10 minutes early. Use local transport options such as Grab, taxi, or songthaew. Please wait at the resort car park and do not enter the hotel grounds unless accompanied by an instructor.
