1. Booking Confirmation
Once we receive your booking, we will reach out to gather your arrival flight details, including your flight number, arrival time, and preferred departure time from the airport. Additionally, we will confirm the number and size of your luggage to ensure proper accommodations.
2. Airport Reception
Our friendly, English-speaking reception staff will be waiting for you at the airport, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Our standard waiting time is up to 120 minutes after your flight lands. If you require additional waiting time, please inform us in advance. Our staff will then guide you to your luxury van for the transfer.
3. Transfer to Your Hotel
Enjoy a comfortable ride as our professional driver transports you to your hotel. All expenses, including gas and highway fees, are covered, ensuring a hassle-free experience with no hidden costs.
4. Hotel Drop-off
Upon arrival at your hotel in downtown Bangkok, our driver will assist you in unloading your luggage and ensure you have all your belongings before bidding you farewell.

- Roundtrip transfer option: From BKK Airport to your hotel in Bangkok and back. The first trip will take you to your hotel, and the return trip will bring you back to BKK Airport.
2. Airport to Hotel Transfer Schedule:
Upon your arrival at BKK Airport, kindly email us your flight details, including your flight number, arrival time, and preferred departure time from the airport. Our English-speaking reception staff will be waiting to greet you with a sign displaying your name. Our standard waiting time is up to 120 minutes after your flight lands, ensuring a smooth and timely transfer to your hotel.
Please note that if the 120-minute waiting time is exceeded without prior contact, your transfer may be canceled without a refund. If additional waiting time beyond 120 minutes is required, please notify us in advance. An overtime fee of 900 THB per hour will apply.
3. Hotel to Airport Transfer Schedule:
Our staff will contact you to confirm your transfer from the hotel to the airport. We will assess traffic conditions to estimate the travel time. For international flights, we aim to have you arrive at the airport approximately 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, around 2 hours before departure. This buffer ensures you have ample time to catch your flight without worry.
4. Luggage:
A luxury VIP van, suitable for up to 4 passengers, is provided. Each passenger is allowed one standard-size suitcase (up to 25") and one personal bag. If you have oversized items, such as bicycles or golf bags, please inform us in advance so we can arrange additional space or upgrade the vehicle as needed. We are happy to accommodate special requests.
