This full day cooking class provides an enjoyable cooking and eating experience with plenty of interesting information about Indian cuisine and its cooking techniques. These cooking classes are held in the home of a local chef.
It is not just a cooking demo where you see the instructor cooking a few dishes for you. Instead, participants cook all the food under expert guidance of chef themselves. They learn about basics of different types of cooking and can utilise this knowledge to improve their own cooking skills by themselves later. Most of the cooking steps apart from a few generic preparation steps are done by participants themselves in a very hands on manner. We offer a free pack of a few essential spices and ingredients which can be used to make most of the food dishes prepared during the class.
OPTIONAL: Guests can choose a half day cooking class and sightseeing in place of a full day cooking class at same price.
