The Tower of London is mostly an outdoor site, with only part of the tour taking place indoors.

Please be aware that the queue for the Crown Jewels can be long, especially during high season.
You will see the Crown Jewels, but guiding inside the Jewel House is not permitted.

The meeting point is at the Tower of London, right outside the "Learning and Community Groups Meeting Point” (right next to Pret-a-mager) on the slope. The guide will be holding a sign with the customer's name.
