- Upon your reservation, you will contact by our local operator and confirm the train time and seat class.
- Receive the e-version of the ticket via email and Whatsapp
- On arrival in the station, show your ticket on your phone to the ticket inspector
- You will sit on reserved section of the train which assigned under your passport number
- Enjoy the ride
- Ride will end in Ella railway station
Highly recommend you to reserve your tickets atleast 32 days ahead to get exactly what you prefer. If it is less than a month ahead, In case of unavailability of requested train time and class in higher demanding period, you will be given alternative train or seat class in short notice due to practical scenario.
Please visit Kandy railway station atleast 15 minutes before the train departure time.
