Upon your reservation, you will be contacted by local operator regarding confirmation and availability of seats. After you will get the e-ticket through WhatsApp or via email. On arrival to the Kandy railway station, you will check-in to the train by using the e-ticket.
You are able to get down from any station in between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya as per your requirement.
Please visit Peradeniya railway station at-least 15 minutes before the departure time and board-in to the train by using your e-ticket.
