Lenggong Valley is regarded as one of Malaysia's most significant archaeological sites. The earliest known human activity can be traced back to this location. It was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site on June 30, 2012.

TOUR EXPERIECE
Visitors will be carted to Lenggong in our private vehicle, but the tour may either be a private experience or part of a bigger group, led by our heritage expert whom you'll meet on-site.
You will visit 12 different cave sites within one of the main archaeological clusters. These sites feature both natural caves formations and excavation sites, showcasing evidence of cave drawings, skeletons, and valuable artifacts such as weapons, stone tools, and pottery (which have all been moved to the museum).
After a lunch break in town, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the Lenggong Museum at their own pace (self-guided), where the main attraction, the Perak Man, is located.

Pickup is at 7:00 AM, departing for Lenggong Valley, which takes approximately 1.5 hours.
Explore the amazing natural sites, archaeological locations, and prehistoric digs that provide a glimpse into our planet's fascinating history.
You'll spend approximately four hours in the jungle, trekking and exploring various caves.
Head to town after the cave sites, lunch and get rest in Lenggong Town before heading to the museum.

The museum has reopened its doors following a comprehensive renovation, and it is now fully accessible to all visitors. As you explore, you'll discover detailed exhibits on various archaeological dig sites, showcasing a wide range of artifacts that illuminate the history and culture of the regions from which they were unearthed.
This visit is designed to be self-guided, allowing you to explore at your own pace and delve into the fascinating stories behind each artifact.

Return to Ipoh after completion of the tour; the journey takes around 1.5 hours.
Since we're heading to the caves in the jungle, it’s important to come prepared. Here are the things you should bring:
1. Shoes suitable for trekking or hiking—ordinary sports or city shoes may lack grip and could be slippery.
2. Insect repellent, long socks, and long pants (avoid jeans).
3. A change of clothes and shoes or sandals for the rest of the day.
4. And, of course, don't forget to bring drinking water!
