We'll uncover the secrets of Barcino's founding, exploring the strategic genius behind its location and how it grew from a small colony to the vibrant metropolis we know and love today. Think gladiators, emperors, and maybe even a chariot race or two (okay, maybe not the chariot races, but we can dream!). Your expert guide will be your personal time-travel companion, weaving fascinating historical tidbits into every step of our journey, bringing the past to life with captivating stories and maybe even a few surprising revelations. Ready to experience BCN.

¡Hola foodies! Get ready to dive headfirst into the vibrant heart of Barcelona – Mercat La Boqueria!

Just a hop, skip, and a jump off the iconic La Rambla, this isn't your average grocery run. We're talking 800 years of history, folks! Imagine the stories these stalls could tell. For centuries, locals have flocked here, not just for groceries, but for the freshest, top-notch ingredients.

Think glistening seafood straight from the Mediterranean, mountains of colorful fruits you've never even seen before, and cured meats that'll make your tastebuds sing. And the best part? these stalls have passed down through grandmas and great-grandmas. Get ready for a flavor fiesta!

FOOD STOP!
But wait, there's more! We'll also sneak into three hidden family-run bodegas and pintxo bars because the best way to a city's heart (and its people) is through its stomach.

Alright, adventurers, buckle your metaphorical seatbelts! We're about to plunge headfirst into the Gothic Quarter's magnificent maze of awesomeness! Prepare to be wowed by architecture so stunning it'll make your jaw drop faster than a medieval damsel's handkerchief. And hold onto your hats, because we're going on a time-traveling history tour – get ready to be regaled with tales so rich, they'll make you feel like you've stumbled into a historical soap opera (minus the questionable wigs, hopefully)

Stop 6

FOOD STOP! Get ready, explorers! We're diving headfirst into the labyrinthine wonders of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter think winding medieval streets so charming they'll make you want to ditch Google Maps and get delightfully lost, and hidden squares just begging to be Instagrammed. After we've soaked up enough culture to make our brains feel like tiny, sophisticated berets, we'll sashay our way to La Rambla, Barcelona's legendary people-watching paradise. But the real pièce de résistance? A time warp to a 165-year-old Modernista Pastisseria! This family-run sweet shop is basically a delicious museum you can eat from. Everything's handmade, baked fresh daily, and so artfully decorated it's almost too pretty to devour (almost!). We'll even get to try a traditional Catalan pastry, a treat with a 600-year-old history – but you'll have to wait 'til the end of the tour to sink your teeth into this ancient yumminess. The suspense is killing you, right? (Don't worry, it's killing us too!)

7
Stop 7

A cozy 75-year-old, family-run Catalan tavern will be our last food stop. At this point on your food and history tour, we will have a fun surprise (trust me when I say you will enjoy it immensely). Hint: it involves wine and of course, incredible food!

Not to mention that you will also explore fantastic 75-year-old hidden family-run taverns. you will get to try your luck with our traditional Catalan Porron and three food tasting. We believe that the best way to get to a city and the people is through food.

With this Tour, you are going to have wonderful, unique memories of Barcelona’s tastes and smells that will linger long after your trip is over.
