What you'll see

Tiramisu - in Italian language meaning "pick me up" or "cheer me up" - is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert.

The recipe has been adapted into many varieties of cakes and other desserts over the years, using different ingredients: strawberries, berries, limoncello, chocolate, etc., but the traditional tiramisu is made of ladyfingers (Italian savoiardi biscuits) dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.

Tiramisu is an established jewel of Italian cuisine: easy to make using the right ingredients and being coached by an experienced professional.
