This is the first food stop on the tour. It's an open-air chicken noodle parlor that occupies one part of a narrow alley. At nighttime, the high flames and extremely hot chili oil produce a smoky flavor and aroma as well as a nice presentation into the food culture of Thailand. It's a small stall owned and managed by a local Thai family.
