About this experience
The city of Blumenau has a very diverse economy and is currently one of the most important textile centers in Latin America. Commercially the city is known for its excellent table, bed, bath and sports fashion items. Annually celebrate the Beer Festival, the second most important in Brazil and attracts millions of tourists during the 18 days of its duration. This party was born in 1984 with the purpose of making the inhabitants of the city happy after two large floods of the Itajaí-Açú river.

The beautiful city of Blumenau is located 139 km from Florianopolis. Famous for its typical German architecture, its houses with flower gardens and the tranquility that are visible in the detail of buildings throughout the city. Hot spots are not lacking in this city and passes include stops at the following places: Beer Museum, which houses the 1st brewery in the region, the Dr. Blumenau mausoleum with the remains of the founder of the city and its cemetery of cats, the City Hall and the German Village Park, which takes place every year the Oktoberfest, the most famous city party and beer festival of the country, which attracts thousands of tourists from around the world who are infected with joy from the people. The site is also one of the main postcards of the city with facades and roofs inspired by the half-timbered architecture. During the tour there will be wine tasting, spirits and chocolates, as well as shops for shopping for items of knitwear and handicrafts from the region. Lunch is not included and is served on the Ataliba grill.
