Your guide will pick you up from hotel and escort to Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center just 10 km (6 miles) north of Chengdu, where you can see lovely pandas eating and playing. You will have some great opportunities to take some memorable pictures of pandas here. In addition, it is also a pleasant experience to walk through the wide bamboo garden at the center.
A typical Chinese lunch will be arranged for you after your visit to the center.
After lunch, you will proceed to Sanxingdui Ruins, a ruined city with a 3,000-year old history. Walk down the big hall of the museum with thousands of pieces of invaluable relics, such as bronze, jade and gold jewelry and pottery. It is a good chance to learn about Yangtze civilization.
