There is a large section dedicated to the struggles with the French and then the Americans. It was well-done and I did not find it insulting to US at all. It was history and it was nice to see their point of view of the war and all the struggles Vietnam has had throughout the centuries with many others. There is also a US helicopter used in a battle in Da Nang during the Vietnam (American) War and other weapons
