Ancient Greek Sangria Workshop

You might be confused as to why there is a Sangria Workshop on Aegina, be confused no more! Yes, when we think Sangria, we think of Spain (and I have been running Sangria Workshops in Barcelona for 14 years). However, did you know that in Ancient Greece there was a drink called Hippocras, which is a version of Sangria!

The Ancient Greeks mixed wine, spices, and fruit, unique to Greece, and used Masthia liquor!
