Aegina is an artist's heaven inspiring many well-known artists. The tour starts as soon as you set foot on the island as you are welcomed with the impressive "Gate of Aegina" by sculptor Κostas Varotsos. We will visit the Museum of Christos Kapralos and see his bronze statue of "The Mother" As well as, the neoclassical house of the writer Nikos Kazantzakis, where he completed his work "Odyssey", and more! You will see why Aegina inspired these great artists.
After your first encounter on this art tour, we will see Giannis Moralis 2 black boats meeting on the shore representing the daily encounters of the ships at the port of Aegina. Then a short walk away is "Treasure of Aegine" created by the artist Leonidas Giannakopoulos
We will then head to the Neoclassical house where the famous writer Nikos Kazantzakis completed his work "Odyssey".
