Express service direct to Heathrow Airport, Early bird from 6:30 AM to 08:00 AM and Late departure Service from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The driver will meet you directly at the cruise terminal and take you straight to Heathrow airport terminal or hotels at Heathrow.
Cruise terminal pickup procedure.
When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where the driver will be standing displaying a name board with your name. At the selected pickup time that has been selected on this reservation.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.
The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
If you wish to change the pick-up time, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule. Additional charges may be applicable and payable directly to the driver on the day.
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
