The driver will monitor your flight and will meet you directly inside the airport terminal, this is a door-to-door service. You can select the vehicle that suits your group size or a bigger vehicle to accommodate your luggage.
The driver will monitor your flight, enter the terminal 45 minutes after landing, and meet you at the arrivals point with a name board, just past customs. Do not exit the terminal, pickups outside are not permitted.

The driver will wait an additional 45 minutes (total 90 mins after landing). If this time is exceeded without prior notice of delays at passport/customs, a fee of £10 per 10 minutes plus any parking charges will apply.
