Important notes

The minibus pick up procedure will be slightly different from small cars pick up. It all depends on the cruise terminal that you come into and how the ground staff at the cruise terminal feels like on the day. Two things will happen, If the ground staff at the cruise terminal have a bad day they won't let the driver come out of the minibus to meet you, therefore, you will have to walk up to the minibuses to try to find your name on the board that will be displayed on the front of the bus, which will be parked up next to the cruise terminal. If the ground staff at the cruise terminal are having a good day, they will let the minibus driver walk up to the cruise terminal to meet you and the driver will be holding a name board with your name at the scheduled pickup time.

We require a minimum of 5-day's notice from the travel date to adjust the pickup time.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)

Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. foldable wheelchairs, Walker) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914.
