What you'll see

You will be picked up from your Tilbury Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your Heathrow Airport Terminal or Hotel. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

Important notes

Cruise terminal pickup.
When you have collected all your luggage, you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where our driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)

If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914.

If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply — £ 8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.

If you wish to change the pick-up time, please let us know, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
