This service will start from the set pickup time and will be completed once the passengers have been dropped off back at their final destination or have been informed by the passenger that they will no longer require the service.
If the customers go over the set amount of hourly allowance (2 or 4 hours shopping time) or require additional hours. The additional cost for the extra hours will be available on the voucher once the booking has been completed.
The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
Bicester Village Opening Hours Monday to Friday 09:00 – 20:00, Saturday 09:00 – 21:00, Sunday 10:00 – 19:00. Journey time from London to Bicester is 1 hour 15 minutes.

Important notes

This service will commence at the scheduled pickup time and will conclude once passengers have been returned to their original pickup location or have advised the driver of an alternate final stop. If drop-off is requested at a different address, please inform the driver in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Hotel Pickup
Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Kindly inform the concierge or reception desk that you are waiting for a private transfer. Upon arrival, the driver will make contact through the front desk.

Private Address Pickup
The driver will ring the doorbell and wait as close to the front door as possible at the scheduled pickup time.

Waiting Time & Service Duration
The service includes 10 minutes of complimentary waiting at the pickup location. Any delay beyond this will be counted towards the total service duration.

The quoted service includes either 2 or 4 hours of shopping time at Bicester Village. This shopping time will only begin once you arrive at Bicester Village, not from your initial pickup time.

If the shopping duration exceeds the included allowance, additional time will be charged at:

£60 per hour for Sedan and Minivan
£65 per hour for Vans

Extra time charges are payable directly to the driver at the end of the journey, either in cash or by credit/debit card.

Luggage & Shopping Capacity – Important Notice
This service is based on standard luggage allowance: 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag per passenger. If you are planning to shop extensively at Bicester Village, please be aware that the vehicle must remain within its legal capacity limits for both passengers and luggage.

Vehicles cannot carry more than they are legally allowed to, and excessive shopping or oversized luggage may require a larger vehicle or second transfer. If in doubt, please contact our office before your travel date to discuss your requirements.
