What you'll see

You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name bored with your name, your flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal when your flight has landed and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 2 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
Vehicles are not wheelchair accessible but will transport foldable wheelchairs, pleas notify the local supplier.
The Southampton postcodes area that we drop off to is SO14, SO15, SO16, SO17, SO18, SO19, SO30 & All cruise terminals in Southampton.

Important notes

The driver will monitor the flight, only go into the terminal 20 minutes after the plane lands and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. (Please do not leave the airport terminal we are not allowed to pick up from outside of the terminal)

The driver will then wait a further 40 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there are been delays in passport and customs control. that is a total of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. If waiting time at the terminal exceeds 60 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply — £ 8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

If your flight is delayed there will be no additional charges, but there might be a slight delay with the driver going into the terminal once your flight land as driver schedules may have to be changed.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
