What you'll see

You will be picked up from your Southampton Cruise Terminal and taken directly to your Heathrow Airport or Hotel. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time and will meet you with your name on a signboard inside the cruise terminal. The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van.
If you require a bigger vehicle please book one additional passenger.
A good time to disembark the ship is between 7 am to 8:30 am, passengers who are going to the airport have priority disembarkation. It takes no more than 10 to 15 minutes to disembark a ship from the disembarkation time that has been provided to you by the ship, in most cases, you would be off the ship before your allocated disembarkation time. There are no customs or passport checks on disembarking a ship in the UK as this is done before arriving back in port.

Important notes

Cruise Terminal Pickup,
The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign just by the exit of the cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)

The pickup time is the disembarkation time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914.

If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply £ 10.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.

The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.

If you wish to change the pick-up time, please let us know, We require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
