What you'll see

You will be met inside the airport terminal where the chauffeur will be displaying a name bored with your name, your flight will be monitored and the chauffeur will only go into the terminal when your flight has landed and you will not be charged extra for delayed flights, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

Important notes

The driver will monitor your flight, enter the terminal 45 minutes after landing, and meet you at the arrivals point with a name board, just past customs. Do not exit the terminal, pickups outside are not permitted.

Best meeting points:
Terminals 2 & 3: In front of WHSmith.
Terminals 4 & 5: In front of Costa Coffee.

The driver will wait an additional 45 minutes (total 90 mins after landing). If this time is exceeded without prior notice of delays at passport/customs, a fee of £10 per 10 minutes plus any parking charges will apply.
