This door-to-door service is available from 07.30AM on selected cruise arrival days, with the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15 AM. 

Please provide your Cruise ship name and your flight departure details and the full address of your Heathrow airport hotel or Central London Hotel. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the representative or driver.

Not recommended for travelers who require wheelchair assistance at the cruise terminal.

Important notes

Cruise terminal pickup Shared-ride service.
When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal, just by the exit of the cruise terminal where our representative or driver will be standing displaying a name board with EC Minibus Cruise Shared Ride Service or your name between 7:30 am to 8:00 am.

(Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)

PLEASE REMAIN IN FRONT OF THE CRUISE TERMINAL EXIT AT ALL TIMES. The exception will be Queen Mary 2 terminal where the driver will meet you directly inside the terminal.

PLEASE NOTE THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE THE TERMINAL BY NO LATER THAN 08:15 AM.

Please inform the Cruise company that you have a cruise Shared-ride service and you need to disembark by no later than 8 AM.

If you have not been able to make contact with our representative by 8 AM. please contact us immediately, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914.

On some occasions, the cruise company has been known to provide a later disembarkation time slot that may cause you to miss this service. we advise you to inform them that you need to be off the ship by 7:45 AM because if you are not able to meet the representative by 8:15 AM you will lose the service If you are persistent they will make the arrangements.

If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.

Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
