As the vehicles are small vans and minibuses, we are able to pick up directly from the front of 95% of London Hotels

When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal just by the exit of the cruise terminal where our representative or driver will be standing displaying a name board with EC Minibus Cruise Shared Ride Service or your name between 7:30 am to 8:00 am.

PLEASE REMAIN IN FRONT OF THE CRUISE TERMINAL EXIT AT ALL TIMES.

PLEASE NOTE THE DRIVER WILL LEAVE THE TERMINAL BY NO LATER THAN 08:15 AM.

On some occasions, the cruise company has been known to provide a later disembarkation time slot that may cause you to miss this service. we advise you to inform them that you need to be off the ship by 7:45 AM because if you are not able to meet the representative by 8:15 AM you will lose the service If you are persistent they will make the arrangements.
