Boarding instructions

Please arrive at your pick-up 15 minutes to ensure a prompt departure.
* Our Vancouver City Centre stop is located outside of the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Melville Street near Burrard Metro Station. 
* Our Squamish stop is located at the Squamish Adventure Centre, 38551 Loggers Lane, beside Highway 99.
* Our Whistler stop is located at the Whistler Gateway loop next to the Whistler Visitor Centre or we can drop you off at Creekside Village near Legends Hotel

Due to a restriction in the system, we can only collect information on departure time for trip from Vancouver to Whistler/Squamish. We will e-mail to ask your chosen departure time if you travel from Whistler/Squamish to Vancouver.

What's not included

Excess luggage charges (all customers are allowed one large piece of luggage and one hand luggage).
One set of skis or snowboards is allowed. Additional are charged $15 each per trip.
Bikes are charged $20 each per trip.
