• If you have any flight delay or cancelation, please contact the operator immediately. Failure to inform them until 1 hour past the flight's arrival will be considered a no-show.
• If you fail to show up on the day of the transfer or have booked with another provider or hotel despite confirming with us, no refund will be issued.
