I’m Arthur, the captain of Pirates Rio! We are an agency specialized in private tours in the city of Rio de Janeiro.

In this experience, our mission is to take you to explore the main tourist spots of the city in 8 hours! For that, you can choose 5 options from this list:

Throughout the tour, you’ll have what we call a pirate ship (a super comfortable car with air conditioning) + the captain of the ship (a licensed tour guide) at your disposal to pick you up from your hotel (or meeting point) and take you on this adventure! There’s also a stop for lunch, and we will take you to the restaurant of your choice.

Stop 1

We will visit the seventh wonder of the world, a unique 38-meter monument on top of one of the highest mountains in Rio de Janeiro, the corcovado. We will cross the road that gives access to the mountain through the Tijuca Forest to the visitor center where we will board the official vans.

An adventure from above, we will take the cable car up the two most beautiful mountains in Rio, waiting for exuberant views and lots of excitement!

The largest work of urban art in Rio de Janeiro, a staircase decorated with more than 2 thousand tiles from different cultures and eras, take the opportunity to look for one that represents your country.

Stop 4

We will visit the most unique Cathedral of your life, a jewel of modern pyramid-style architecture, enjoy every detail and don't forget to check out the optical illusion of the floating cross.

Stop 5

Discover more about Rio de Janeiro Carnival by visiting this grand stage of Brazil's biggest event, the Sambadrome, feel the energy and joy of Carnival taking over you!

Stop 6

A great experience, the most famous stadium in Brazil face to face with you. We will visit the outside to see the statue of Brazil's greatest champion, Belini! A break for photos and lots of football history.
