About this experience

Assemble at HarbourFront Centre. After collect your boarding pass, depart by Sindo Ferry to Batam. Upon arrival at Batam, after immigration custom clearance, you will be greeted by our friendly tour guide and escorted to awaiting air-conditioned bus and proceed to Welcome to Batam icon and take a group photo.

Then proceed to the largest temple in South East Asia, Maha Vihara Duta Maitreya. Try Indonesian Street Food: Bakso (or also known as baso), Martabak (folded omelette pancake), and Gorengan (deep fried snacks). Continue to Tua Pek Kong Temple .Try Indonesian Street Food: Onde Onde.Then you will be refreshed by drinking Fresh Coconut. Lunch will be served at Sederhana Restaurant.

After lunch, proceed to one of popular mall ini Batam, Nagoya Hill Mall. Try Indonesian Street Food: Es Cendol, Nasi Goreng and Martabak Manis.After that, transfer to ferry terminal and depart by high speed ferry back to Singapore. See you again on the next tour with Solid Travel.

Tua Pek Kong Temple is a very famous temple located in Nagoya. Also known as Vihara Buddhi Bhakti Temple, it is well used by the locals for their daily prayers and offerings. The temple is open daily and visitors are welcome. The temple is built in the traditional Chinese style and has many courtyard statues and several wall paintings.
