This morning, our driver will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh(please, provide us with your hotel name and address) to transfer to the airport to catch your flight to Cairo. (We will confirm the exact pick up time depending upon the flight schedule, the day before travel)
Once you arrive at Cairo airport and pick your luggage go outside through the exit door Where you will find your expert guide waiting for you outside the arrival hall holding a sign with your name for a truly memorable tour of the city’s most famous highlights. Start by a tour of the Pyramids of Giza. The structure that dominates the site of the Great Pyramid, or Khufu’s Pyramid, one of the Wonders of the Ancient World. You can enter one of the Pyramids (extra ticket) to add to the adventure and excitement
Continue to the Great Sphinx, the oldest monumental statue in the world, the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body, which dates from the time of Chephren, then visit the Valley Temple, a mortuary temple carved from massive blocks of pink Aswan granite, with smooth, alabaster floors.
Stop for lunch break at a local restaurant (drinks and water on your own expenses).
Then, proceed to the Egyptian Museum in downtown Cairo, where you’ll wander halls filled with more than 250,000 ancient artifacts dating back more than 3,500 years and check out the marvelous collection of King Tutankhamen including his jewellery, coffin, and his famous mask. You can enter mummies room (extra ticket).
Spend free time shopping at Khan Al Khalili Bazaars,one of the oldest markets in the Middle East.
Finally you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for flight to Sharm El Sheikh and then transfer back to your hotel.
